Bill Title: As introduced, changes from October 15 to October 1 the date by which the director of schools and chair of the board of each LEA must annually certify to the commissioner of education that all children enrolled in that LEA have been furnished all required textbooks, as determined by the commissioner. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 3.
