Bill Title: As introduced, revises the reporting requirements of the Tennessee regulatory authority's annual report comparing the rates of municipal utilities, cooperatives, and utility districts providing water, gas, or electricity to the rates of water, gas, and electric utilities regulated by the authority to require reporting to each member of the general assembly in addition to current recipients. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 64 and Title 65.
