Bill Title: As introduced, expands the offense of aggravated stalking to include a person who commits stalking against a victim who is at least 65 years of age when the person stalking is 15 or more years younger than the victim. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 3 and Title 71, Chapter 6.
