Bill Title: As enacted, requires a person who was involved in or caused a snow skiing accident to remain at the scene of the accident and provide the person's name and contact information, unless the person leaves for the sole purpose of securing aid for someone who was injured in the accident. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 114.
