Bill Title: As enacted, prohibits an insurance company from increasing a premium or cancelling a homeowner's insurance policy solely on the basis of an inquiry or inquiries by an insured regarding the insured's homeowner's policy or a loss under the policy. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 66.
