Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits an employer of a lobbyist, a lobbyist, or any person acting at the specific direction of an employer of a lobbyist or a lobbyist from sending a text message or placing a telephone call to an official of the legislative branch while the official is participating in a legislative committee meeting or floor session, except in response to a prior request by the official. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 6.
