Bill Title: As enacted, revises provisions governing the licensing of personal support services; specifies that a personal support services agency that is licensed by either the department of mental health and substance abuse services or the department of intellectual and developmental disabilities is authorized to serve individuals with physical or other disabilities without being required to obtain a license from both departments. - Amends TCA Section 33-2-403.
