Bill Title: As enacted, allows a person to challenge a candidate's qualifications for the office of sheriff to the POST commission; creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for a person who intentionally files a fraudulent challenge of a sheriff candidate's qualifications. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 5 and Title 8, Chapter 8, Part 1.
