Bill Title: As enacted, grants certain authority for sales for on-premises consumption to Belle Meade Plantation and George Jones Museum; prohibits advertising, describing, labeling, naming, selling, or referring to an intoxicating liquor for marketing or sales purposes as "Tennessee Moonshine" unless the intoxicating liquor is distilled in Tennessee; revises other provisions regarding sales of alcoholic beverages. - Amends TCA Title 57.
