Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits certain plans and entities entering into contracts to provide medical services pursuant to the Medical Assistance Act from denying certain dentists the right to participate in the provider network or from restricting enrollees from choosing certain dentists for the provision of dental services. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.
