Bill Title: As enacted, requires certain mental health professionals to report threats of bodily harm or death made by service recipients in certain situations; requires court clerks to report certain information regarding persons ordered to commitment or adjudicated as mental defective; establishes other requirements that relate to regulating firearm ownership by mental health patients. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 16; Title 29; Title 33; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 49; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 65.
