Bill Title: As enacted, removes as a defense ignorance or mistake of fact concerning the age of a minor to the offenses of patronizing prostitution and soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor; creates an exception to the offense of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor that the victim is at least 15 but less than 18 years of age and the defendant is not more than four years older than the victim, unless the defendant intentionally commanded, hired, induced or caused the victim to violate the offense. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
