Bill Title: As introduced, allows any child of a public school teacher who is enrolled in a state institution of higher learning and receiving a tuition discount to continue to receive that discount if their parent retires after 30 years of full-time creditable service while the child is enrolled. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
