Bill Title: As introduced, in selecting local bridge projects to receive state-aid funds, authorizes department of transportation to give higher priority to bridges with high traffic volume or high accident rates; in selecting local road projects to receive state-aid funds, adds accident rates as a factor to be considered by the department. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 54; Title 55; Title 64; Title 65 and Title 67.
