Bill Title: As introduced, requires informed consent prior to an abortion; requires a 24-hour waiting period prior to an abortion; establishes an exception to informed consent and waiting period requirements when necessary to protect the life or health of the woman; clarifies that abortions performed during viability of the fetus must be performed in a hospital. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 2.
