Bill Title: As introduced, makes possession of between 1/1000 and 1/8 of an ounce of marijuana a fine only $250 minimum Class A misdemeanor with the first $250 of the amount of the fine going to the drug court in the county of conviction. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4.
