Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes the labeling of any milk sold in this state as "Local Tennessee Milk", or a statement that indicates the milk is Tennessee milk, if the milk contains only milk produced in Tennessee. - Amends TCA Title 43; Title 53 and Title 57.
