Bill Title: As enacted, requires ambulance providers to submit an annual cost and utilization report to the bureau; authorizes the bureau, instead of the comptroller, to assess certain penalties for failure of providers to submit reports; extends the termination date of the ground ambulance provider assessment from "June 30, 2020," to "June 30, 2021." - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 15.
