Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes the comptroller of the treasury to audit financial transactions of a charter management organization (CMO); requires all CMOs operating a charter school in this state to file an annual financial report with the comptroller of the treasury no later than August 31 of each year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
