Bill Title: As introduced, requires municipalities and counties to provide notice of proposed zoning ordinances and proposed zoning amendments to property owners within the boundaries of the zone; requires documentation by the local government of provision of notice; creates a cause of action to void the adoption of the ordinance or amendment if procedural requirements are not met by the local government. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 7.
