Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits an administrator, professor, or employee of a public institution of higher education from requiring a student or employee to provide information on firearm ownership; prohibits taking adverse disciplinary or employment action against a student or employee of the institution for information on firearm ownership that is voluntarily given. - Amends TCA Title 49.
