Bill Title: As introduced, reduces from 14 days to 10 days the period in which a compounding pharmacy is required to notify the board of pharmacy of any adverse action taken against the pharmacy by a regulatory agency other than the board. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29; Title 53 and Title 63, Chapter 10.
