Bill Title: As introduced, requires the commissioner of health to report annually to the general assembly concerning each instance of access to medical records under 2015 Public Chapter 154 in response to an immediate threat to the public health; requires the commissioner to notify the speaker of the senate and the speaker of the house when records access is requested under that statute. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
