Amend HB 1229 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "weapons, including firearms," and substitute "firearms and ammunition".

(2)  On page 1, line 14, strike "weapons, including firearms," and substitute "firearms and ammunition".

(3)  On page 1, line 18, strike "weapons, including firearms," and substitute "firearms and ammunition".

(4)  On page 1, line 21, strike "weapons" and substitute "firearms or ammunition".

(5)  On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike "weapons, including firearms," and substitute "firearms and ammunition".
