Bill Title: Relating to use of project funds of municipal development districts.

Amend HB 1554 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following:

(i)  the project is located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the municipality that created the district;

(2)  On page 1, line 14, strike "(i)" and substitute "(ii)".

(3)  On page 1, line 17, strike "(ii)" and substitute "(iii)".

(4)  On page 1, line 20, immediately after the underlined semicolon, add "and".

(5)  On page 1, line 23, strike "and".

(6)  Strike page 1, line 24, through page 2, line 3.
