Amend CSHB 2000 (house committee printing) on page 9 as follows:

(1)  On line 12, strike "and".

(2)  On line 16, strike the period and substitute "; and".

(3)  Between lines 16 and 17, insert the following:

(4)  provide broadband service in low-income and rural communities.
