Amend CSHB 2265 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 17, immediately after the underlined semicolon, strike "or".

(2)  On page 1, line 20, between "contract" and the underlined period, insert the following:

; or

(F)  indirect costs not related to the project in the applicable construction contract
