Amend CSHB 2510 (house committee report) as follows:

On page 1, line 7, strike the word "BID" and substitute "Procured"

On page 1, line 10, add "a" between "use" and "competitive"

On page 1, line 10, strike "bidding" and substitute it with "procurement method"
