Amend Amendment No. 24 by Ramos by adding the following appropriately numbered item to the amendment and renumbering subsequent items of the amendment accordingly:

(____)  On page 4, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:

Sec. 51.05.  RIGHT TO LEGAL REPRESENTATION. A person charged with an offense under this chapter is entitled to legal counsel appointed by a court.
