Amend HB 410 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 13, strike "Texas Southern University" and substitute "The Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas".

(2)  On page 1, lines 15-16, strike "the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas,".

(3)  On page 2, line 7, strike "Texas Southern University" and substitute "the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas".

(4)  On page 3, lines 6-7, strike "Texas Southern University" and substitute "the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas".
