Amend HB 4218 on third reading as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 20, strike "for which the owner's liability for an accident" and substitute "that".

(2)  On page 2, line 8, between "standards" and "at", insert "under 49 C.F.R. Section 571.1 et seq. in effect".
