Amend CSHB 5 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 14, line 8, strike "and".

(2)  On page 14, line 10, strike "project." and substitute "project; and".

(3)  On page 14, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following:

(4)  a list of the other states, if any, in which the applicant is considering locating the proposed project, documentation of the economic incentives available to the applicant to locate the proposed project in each of those states, and the actual economic incentives, if any, offered by each of those states to the applicant to locate the proposed project in that state.

(4)  On page 18, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following:

(e)  The comptroller shall consider the information required to be included in an application under Section 403.606(d)(4) when making the finding required by Subsection (c)(3) of this section, if applicable.
