Amend CSSB 26 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately following added Section 531.09915(k), Government Code (page 2, between lines 60 and 61), insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:

( ) An entity awarded a grant under this section shall prominently and conspicuously display in a readily visible public area on the entity's premises and post on the entity's Internet website information on suicide prevention and safe firearm storage.

(2)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in amended Section 1001.084(c), Health and Safety Code (page 4, line 43), immediately following the period, insert the following:

The department shall also post on the department's Internet website information on existing resources for suicide prevention and safe firearm storage.
