Amend CSSB 8 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 26, between "FOOD BANKS" and the period, insert "AND FOOD PANTRIES".

(2)  On page 3, line 5, between "food banks" and "in", insert "and food pantries".
