No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend portions of the Election Code that require the Secretary of State to provide standardized online training for certain election officials.  It is assumed that any increased use of this training resulting from this bill could be addressed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
