No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 25 of the Tax Code to expand the confidentiality of home addresses in appraisal records to include current or former employees or contract staff members of a university health care provider at corrections facilities operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice or the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
