No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would modify certain authentication requirements used in the Ballot by Mail Tracker administered by the agency.  It is assumed any required modifications to this system could be completed with existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
