The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to the authority of entities regulated by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) to conduct business electronically. Based on information provided by TDI, the Comptroller of Public Accounts, and the Library and Archives Commission, this analysis anticipates no fiscal implication to the State.
