Fiscal Analysis

The bill would require The Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center at Texas
State University-San Marcos to offer a school marshal training program.

Methodology

The Texas State University System estimates the cost to train 2,000 school marshals annually to be $1,500,000.
