No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

El Paso County anticipates indeterminate administrative costs due to the oversight and review of plans required by the bill, should a local political subdivision submit such plans.

Travis County anticipates needing four or five new full-time equivalents at an ongoing cost of approximately $500,000.

Williamson County anticipates that the bill would have no fiscal impact to the county.
