| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 601.052, Transportation Code, is amended | ||
| by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: | ||
| (d) Notwithstanding Subsection (a)(2-b), Section 601.051 | ||
| applies to an all-terrain vehicle, as that term is defined by | ||
| Section 551A.001. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. | ||
