relating to the use of parental leave, family and medical leave, | ||
vacation leave, and sick leave by certain state employees. | ||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 661.252(b), Government Code, is amended | ||
to read as follows: | ||
(b) The policy must provide clear and objective guidelines | ||
to establish under what circumstances an employee of the agency may | ||
be entitled to or granted: | ||
(1) parental leave; | ||
(2) family and medical leave; | ||
(3) vacation leave; | ||
(4) sick leave; and | ||
(5) each other type of leave provided by this chapter. | ||
SECTION 2. Section 661.912(b), Government Code, is amended | ||
to read as follows: | ||
