person having lawful control of the student or the student if the
student is a qualified student; and
(B) an authorized representative of the school

(c) A document provided to a school under Subsection (b) is

amend rules regarding the Public Education Information Management
System (PEIMS) as necessary to conform to the requirements of this
section. This subsection expires January 31, 2012.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
Act takes effect September 1, 2011. |
