| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 388.005(c), Health and Safety Code, is | ||
| amended to read as follows: | ||

| education, or state agency shall establish a goal to reduce the | ||
