| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 2001.023, Government Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Subsection (e) to read as follows: | ||
| (e) A state agency's failure to publish on the agency's | ||
| Internet website a summary of a proposed rule as required by | ||
| Subsection (c) does not invalidate the adopted rule or any agency | ||
| action taken related to the rule. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
