A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to parties who may bring suit under the Texas Free
  Enterprise and Antitrust Act of 1983.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 15.21, Business & Commerce Code, is
  amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:
         (d)  A person whose business or property has been injured by
  reason of any conduct prohibited or declared unlawful by this
  chapter may sue another person as provided by this section,
  regardless of whether the injured person dealt directly or
  indirectly with the defendant. 
         SECTION 2.  Section 15.21(d), Business & Commerce Code, as
  added by this Act, applies only to a cause of action that occurred
  on or after the effective date of this Act.
         SECTION 3.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
  a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
  provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution.  If this
  Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
  Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
