A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to the exception under the public information law for
  certain information held by a school district.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 552.135, Government Code, is amended by
  adding Subsection (d-1) to read as follows:
         (d-1)  Except as provided by Subsection (e) and Section
  552.108, information excepted under Subsection (b) shall be made
  available to an employee or former employee who is the subject of a
  report made by an informer if the report is used as the basis for the
  evaluation of or a disciplinary action against the employee or
  former employee.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
  a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
  provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution.  If this
  Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
  Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
