| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Sec. 21.202, Labor Code, is amended to read as | ||
| follows: | ||
| Sec. 21.202. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS. (a) A complaint under | ||
| this subchapter must be filed not later than the |
||
| after the date the alleged unlawful employment practice occurred. | ||
| (b) The commission shall dismiss an untimely complaint. | ||
| SECTION 2. This act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
