| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 728, Transportation Code, | ||
| is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. | ||
