| WHEREAS, Citizens of the Magnolia area must currently travel | ||
| to Conroe or Houston for driver's license services; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The region would greatly benefit from the | ||
| establishment of a local Driver License Mega Center; now, | ||
| therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the 89th Legislature of the State of Texas | ||
| hereby direct the Texas Department of Public Safety to consider | ||
| opening a Driver License Mega Center in Magnolia; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That the Texas secretary of state forward an | ||
| official copy of this resolution to the Texas Department of Public | ||
| Safety. | ||
